Returns-Refunds

Due to the items being custom made for every order, I cannot offer a refund or accept returns. 

Exchanges

Exchanges might be offered depending on the individual situation. 

DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED unless you speak with me first.

Turn Around Times

Our Turn Around Time is between 2-3 weeks. I try to get the items out as soon as possible (about 7 days). I also ALWAYS communicate with my buyers if I am not able to meet the quoted time frame.  

Out of Stock Fabric

Some fabric may be out of stock for the items orders. Please check with me first on the contact page. IF you'd still like to place an order for the OSF *out of stock fabric*, I will do my best to find it and order it. Which can take longer than my TAT *turn around time*. You will be informed of every step from when I place the fabric order to when it is shipped to me and when I receive the fabric. There is some very hard to find fabrics, if I cannot find them, I will give you two options.

If I cannot get the fabric requested, you'll have 2 options. A) You may chose a different fabric and be refunded $5. B) You can cancel your order and be refunded in full.
